SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET REQUEST Chief Justice Robert Mulligan sent a request to Senate President Murray and Speaker DeLeo for the Local 6 negotiated wage increases. On July 16, 2010 Chief Justice Mulligan requested, based on the arbitration award, funding for $32 million owed for FY’s 2009 and 2010 and for $18.6 million for FY 2011. The Chief Justice requested that this funding be added to the supplemental budget request filed by Governor Deval Patrick on July 9, 2010, HB 4868.
