OPEIU Local 6 News Flash January 26, 2010
Arbitration Update Today was the second day of arbitration to force the Trial Court to meet its contractual obligation to pay the members of OPEIU Local 6 their negotiated salary increases.
Testimony and exhibits were presented to the arbitrator and the hearing is now closed. Attorneys are expected to have their written arguments in to the arbitrator by the end of March. We anticipate a final decision by the end of April. We will keep you posted as soon as we receive the decision. Please post and circulate.
