Important Information The Dental Trust has a new telephone number and e-mail address. Please direct all inquiries about the Dental Trust to Administrative Assistant Louise Mahoney-Scullari at: 617-984-5878 opeiulms@aol.com We are currently in our annual open enrollment period. This is the time of year when changes can be made to your dental insurance plan. You can change your dental plan, add subscribers who you forgot to enroll or sign up yourself if you’ve never joined. Outside of this open enrollment period, changes can only be made for “qualifying events”— marriage or the birth of a child. This is the only time that you will be able to change your plan for an entire year. In early October, we mailed packets of information to every member’s home that outlined the differences between our Dental Blue and our Dental Blue PPO plans. You have the opportunity to choose which plan is best for your needs. All changes must be received by the Dental Trust by no later than November 15th. Changes become effective January 1, 2009. If you have not received this information in the mail, please see your payroll clerk. Please post and circulate.
